Alcohol Delivery Policy

At Bento Ltd., we are committed to providing a safe and responsible alcohol delivery service. Our policy is designed to ensure the legal and ethical delivery of alcoholic beverages to our customers. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

1. Age Verification:

We strictly adhere to legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of alcohol. Customers must be of legal drinking age as defined by their local jurisdiction to place an order. We require valid government-issued identification to verify the customer's age at the time of delivery.

2. Delivery to Minors:

We are committed to preventing the sale and delivery of alcohol to minors. Our delivery personnel are trained to request and verify identification upon delivery. We will not complete a delivery if the recipient appears to be underage or unable to provide valid identification.

3. Responsible Consumption:

We encourage responsible alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any customer who appears to be intoxicated or otherwise unfit to receive alcoholic beverages. Our priority is the safety and well-being of both our customers and the community.

6. Refunds and Returns:

In the event that a customer is unable to provide valid identification upon delivery or does not meet the legal drinking age requirement, the order will be canceled, and a refund or a Bento Magic Voucher will be processed on the total of the item(s). Delivery Fee will not be refunded.
