Missing items, cold food, order extremely late or damaged?

Customers can claim a refund if their order wasn’t right – if it had missing items, it was cold, extremely late, or damaged.

When a refund is given, either Bento or the merchant will cover it (or we’ll share the cost), depending on what went wrong.

With our own Bento drivers/riders, we’ll have your order delivered from 20 to 90 minutes depending on demand, distance, weather, and traffic from the time the order is ready.

Bear in mind that some items aren't delivery friendly and we can't guarantee the same quality after leaving the merchant location.
