Via the App or Website: Go to your profile and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your personal data and order history (unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes).

By Email: Send a request to help@bento.ky.

We will confirm and process the deletion within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your devices protected.
