What is the Bento cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on your order status: 

CANCELING BEFORE RESTAURANT ACCEPTS ORDER: 
- If you cancel before the restaurant accepts the order, you'll receive a full refund 
- For steps on how to cancel an order in the app, please use the bottom "Help?" on the Orders tab. 

CANCELING AFTER RESTAURANT ACCEPTS ORDER: 
- If you cancel after the restaurant accepts the order, you'll not receive a refund.
- For steps on how to cancel an order in the app, please use the bottom "Help?" on the Orders tab. 

CANCELING BEFORE DELIVERY PARTNER PICKS UP ORDER: 
- If you cancel before the delivery partner picks up the order, you'll receive a partial refund on the amount of the delivery fee. 
- For steps on how to cancel an order in the app, please use the bottom "Help?" on the Orders tab. 

CANCELING AFTER DELIVERY PARTNER PICKS UP ORDER: 
- If you cancel after the delivery partner picks up the order, you'll not receive a refund.
